Is Cupid going to shower your heart with love and passion this Valentine’s Day? Are you longing for your soul mate to finally show up ~ or to finally understand you . . . or are you simply wanting to be loved?
Cupid is really only a heartbeat away . . or shall we say a heartbeat within . . . YES, it is true, we’ve heard it from other sources, when we love ourselves first, then love flows into our lives . . . actually into our hearts . . . because, you see, when we actively love, our hearts open. When our hearts open we draw people to us.
OK, you may say; that is all fine and good, but . . .
One way I found that’s survived & thrived the test of time (hundreds of years!!) is Heart Rhythm Practice (HRP). It’s an active, body-centered, heart-focused meditation. HRP is dimensional, complex, & simple. It’s sweet . . . loving . . . . . . powerful . . . deeply transformative & therapeutic.
First, let’s prepare for HRP.
Active Preparation
- This is Erik and me in the Yucatan in 1999; he’s the first dolphin I fell in love with . . . Now I swim with wild dolphins, though I do want to say that Erik adapted very well to partial captivity (more on dolphin hearts in spring) & seemed to love contact!
- Clear a Space in Your Home – with energy of getting ready for a lover.
- Spray the air with sea salt water mist or rose water. (using pure alkaline water will add extra ’sparkle’ (a natural air freshner!)
- Now - place a photo or picture that gives you a complete feeling of well-being, open-heartedness, generosity, harmony, & hope, joy!
- Give yourself the weekend & then check in with me in 5 days for HRP! Meanwhile, hum, chant, sing, dance while you prepare ~ have fun!!
As a 4 year old girl once said: ‘The reason we are here is to keep the love going around.’
With a Shower of Love & Blessings,
Roxanna
